We're into finals week and the Swannies are there. Let's hope they go easy on Bazza.
It's also Melbourne Show week which means we'll be operating out of platforms 12 & 13 for the week. Looking forward to that...
Happy birthday to my boy John who turns four today!
Home early for John's birthday. On the 16:57 and it leaves on time from platform 13. Not very crowded either.

Ahh yes - Show week. After work trains crammed with screaming, hyperactive kids, teenagers, and stressed and tired parents, the kids having copious amounts of sugar and knick knacks which they all get out on the train to test and use. Glitter wigs and oversized jester hats never get old do they? Now all we need is the usual cancelled train....

Delays at Caulfield this afternoon due to "train defects" - problems already apparent by 5:25pm, but Connex didn't bother to send Frankston line passengers an SMS until 5:57pm....by then the 5:30pm Frankston express was slowly creeping along between Hawksburn & Caulfield behind the 5:24pm Mordialloc. Arrived Edithvale 10' late.
